About the roles
Demand for our expertise is growing and we are now seeking to bolster our Strategy & Insight team by recruiting a Strategy & Insight Projects Lead and Head of Strategy & Insight.
Who we are looking for

- Who have experience of, or interest in, producing detailed policy analysis and original insights of the sort produced by think-tanks, management consultancies. government departments and charities
- Who are able to combine an ability to see the bigger picture, while retaining a sharp eye for detail
- Who are able to manage a number of research projects and major programmes of work including large client accounts and can work at pace to pressing deadlines
- Who can work across the different areas of business, support business development, manage staff and problem-solve with minimal supervision.
- Who are looking for an opportunity to develop their skills within a growing company and want to make a difference by helping to create safer and stronger community
