The Motor Neurone Disease (MND) Association has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Campaigns Advisor to join our Policy & Campaigns Team. Based in London, where we operate a hybrid working policy, which enables the flexibilities of splitting your working time, between the workplace and your home.

About the role

As a Senior Campaigns Advisor, you will be working with the National Campaigns Manager to plan, develop, deliver, and evaluate the Association’s campaigning across England, Wales, and Northern Ireland. You’ll be working on a wide range of exciting campaigns from our multi-award-winning Scrap 6 Months campaign, to our Act to Adapt campaign and on our coalition campaign United to End MND.

The role is very varied and requires cross organisational working across the Association and working closely with colleagues in the Policy and Campaigns team. You’ll also be working closely with our supporters and volunteers and ensuring people affected by and living with MND are consulted and involved in the development and delivery of the Association’s campaigns.

What are we looking for?

We are looking for proven experience of working in a campaigns environment within a third or public sector organisation. You will be an expert in planning and delivering campaigns to successfully bring about change.

Excellent verbal, writing, presentation, organisational and administrative skills are essential.

This role will involve occasional evening and weekend work and some travel throughout the country.
