The Institute for Government is inviting applications for a Senior Researcher to work in our public services team (Job Reference: RES2205). This Senior Researcher will be responsible for leading Performance Tracker and other public service research projects under the supervision of a Programme Director.

At this time of intense debate about the funding and performance of public services, we are looking for someone who will relish the opportunity to drive real changes in government’s ability to tackle the country’s problems. This role would be a good fit for people with a wide range of different experiences, including but not limited to research and analysis for government, journalism, a think tank or other organisation. The role would suit someone confident in numerical analysis. Experience in analysis or commentary on public services will be a distinct advantage.
