We are recruiting for a Senior Account Manager to join us in our small but growing team to help us manage our existing clients and explore new revenue streams.

As Senior Account Manager you will be responsible for first point of contact with our clients, escalating requests internally with Directors and colleagues where required. You will be able to deliver first-class customer service, not only be able to meet but exceed deadlines, and have impeccable attention to detail, including with the English language.

You will work across a variety of our political and public sector clients, including with Members of Parliament, Ministers and Police & Crime Commissioners and will have knowledge of the political landscape. You will be professional, diligent and be sensitive to the views and needs of our diverse range of clients. Confidentiality will be at the heart of everything you do.
