More electric cars on Britain’s roads means more drivers free from ever-rising fuel costs. It means cities where people can move, and people can breathe. Electric cars are key to ending the UK’s contribution to climate change. But the transition to electric vehicles is not happening fast enough. We exist to find ways to speed it up

What is the scope of the career challenge on offer?

As our Communications Officer, you will collaborate with the senior team overseeing all internal and external communications for New AutoMotive.

You’ll be responsible for owning activities and actions such as:

• Marketing - collaborating with the Marketing Executive and assisting them in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns
• Media & public relations - owning the internal and external communications with different media channels, journalists and other press agencies
• Political communications - act as a point of contact for communications between UK Government representatives and the New AutoMotive team
• Communications - work with the Head of Policy to develop and deliver the communications strategy in collaboration with the senior team and develop and manage our tone of voice aligned to our values and mission
