Message House is growing! We are looking for talented, committed, and ambitious individuals to join us as Research Executives in our team.

We are an award-winning research and communications consultancy that helps our clients improve the effectiveness of their communications, whether that’s a new campaign, managing an issue in the media, or looking to understand their brand and audiences further.

The role

We specialise in using market research tools such as focus groups, in depth interviews and surveys, and the Research Executive plays a critical role in every part of the research process – helping to design, run and deliver our projects. As an important part of a close knit and collaborative team, you will have real responsibility from day one – whether it’s supporting the delivery of our focus groups, analysing data for insights or helping to craft debriefs – you will certainly never be bored at Message House.

Everyone at Message House takes great pride in what we do – delivering the highest quality of work in an often fast-changing environment. The successful candidates will therefore need a willingness to work flexibly and adapt quickly, whilst maintaining excellent attention to detail.

You need to be numerate and comfortable dealing with complex projects and both quantitative and qualitative data sources, supported by strong IT skills in data handling and analysis as well as communication and presentation of findings e.g. Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
