Do you enjoy interpreting crime data and turning that into meaningful information that can improve the accountability of the Police to the public? If you are a proactive, highly organised team player with excellent interpersonal skills who is able to multi-task, then the Office of the Police & Crime Commissioner (OPCC) for Leicestershire we would like to hear from you. We are looking to recruit a Performance Analyst on a 37 hour, full time, permanent basis. You will have had previous experience in a similar analytical role, be able to prioritise workloads and be confident communicating with people at all levels, verbally and written in a variety of situations. A gift for communication means you can deliver good presentations and make the content easy to understand. It will also prove essential as you build strategic relationships with varied contacts across policing and the wider OPCC partners. Duties will include data collection, analysis of crime data, identifying outcomes and trends and producing regular insightful performance reports. You will also be required to provide advice to the Police & Crime Commissioner and other partners on performance matters.
