The Vacancy

We are seeking an experienced, creative and proactive Communications and Fundraising Manager.

The successful applicant will manage the communications and fundraising team, reporting directly to the Director of Policy and Communications. You will protect and promote the NYAS brand across England and Wales, while amplifying the voices of children and young people who we support.

Duties include:
• Develop and deliver a NYAS communications strategy.
• Represent NYAS in external communications groups, as appropriate, to influence the development of external communications agendas.
• To elevate and develop NYAS’ brand through the development of integrated marketing techniques.
• Oversee the planning of innovative internal communication campaigns.
• Manage the continued development of the NYAS intranet to ensure its effective use as an internal communications channel.
• Lead on the development of digital campaigns.
• Develop and manage NYAS’ strategy for corporate and individual fundraising.
