Job Details

The Blavatnik School of Government at the University of Oxford is seeking to appoint two Policy Engagement & Communications Associates to support the Government Outcomes Lab’s activities.

As Policy Engagement and Communications Associate, you will have the chance to work closely with leading academics, government officials and other public policy experts from around the world to drive up the use of evidence in policy development and implementation. You will play a key part in our ambition to bridge the gap between academia and policy, and to help organisations work together from across sectors to improve social outcomes. You’ll be part of a small, multi-disciplinary team of researchers and practitioners based at the Blavatnik School of Government in Oxford. We are looking for someone who is a natural connector and networker, comfortable engaging with stakeholders across different levels of seniority and professional backgrounds. You should have outstanding communication skills, have a talent for distilling complex information in an exciting and compelling manner, and be enthusiastic about creating meaningful opportunities to share learning and research insights to improve public services. Organised and resourceful, you will be instrumental in the delivery of our expansive policy engagement programme.
