BICOM (Britain-Israel Communications and Research Centre) is a communications and research organisation that acts to promote a greater understanding of Israel and the Middle East in the UK. BICOM is recruiting a new Communications Associate to manage all BICOM output and publications, as well as maintain external relations with BICOM’s key partners and stakeholders.

The idea candidate will have an interest in building media strategies and an understanding of the British media scene, knowledge about Israel and UK Middle East foreign policy, as well as experience of engaging with media, government, and the public. Ideally, the candidate will support BICOM’s core value of improving understanding of Israel in the UK.

Whilst the position is remote, he or she will work in unison with London-based colleagues. The role is suited to someone with a proactive attitude, and the right candidate will be encouraged to expand both their own and BICOM’s network through attending events in London and regularly meeting key stakeholders.
