PoliMonitor is not your typical political monitoring and analysis company. We’re a profit making, bootstrapped start-up and we are growing fast. We have developed a suite of innovative tools which is disrupting a market by helping organisations and individuals better understand fast moving political discussions and debates. Our clients include many household names from the public sector, industry and not-for-profits. We are looking for a Chief Growth Officer to help us manage our rapid expansion and to oversee the way we look after existing clients. You’d be part of the Senior Management Group - working side by side with the co-founders, the CTO and CEO. Day to day, you’d be running our Partnerships and Customer Success teams. We have strong systems and processes in place, but there is plenty of scope to improve them - and for the role to grow as the company grows both in the UK and abroad. You’d be joining a small (for now) business that more than doubled its clients last year, and is on track to do even better this year. It is likely that the successful candidate will have experience in sales and/or senior roles in politics, public affairs or a technology start-up.
