Who we are and what we do:

We are a social enterprise working towards a more just society by helping charities develop clear, impactful policy solutions and ensuring their voices are heard in central, devolved and local government.

Our work with charities includes providing high-level strategic advice around policy development and public affairs strategy, as well as supporting delivery by engaging with politicians as part of influencing strategies, leading campaigns and researching and writing policy reports and briefings. Across our team we work with charities of varying size and at all levels, from advising CEOs and senior leadership, to supporting policy, public affairs and campaigns teams with delivery.

Profits are reinvested in the organisation and fund our widening access programmes. These include a yearly internship with ongoing mentoring and annual work experience programme with students learning English as an additional language, as well as our pro-bono work.
