Defence iQ-IDGA provides Defence professionals from around the world with outstanding commercial events, market intelligence and sales platforms, in multiple formats including large-scale physical conferences, virtual meetings, 1:1 meetings-based exchanges and a catalogue of digital services. The business operates globally, with market-leading portfolios covering everything from Armoured Vehicles, to Combat Helicopters, to Surface Warships. Key Responsibilities for this role: • Conduct phone and web-based research to identify market pressure points and investment priorities, defining the commercial angle for your event and product portfolio • Develop exciting and engaging content in innovative formats • Recruit senior military leaders to provide keynote briefings, to join panels and to participate in interactive roundtables – virtually and (when restrictions allows) face-to-face • Build a gripping narrative around all of your events and take responsibility for driving that message, internally and externally • Deliver cross-functional briefings and project manage your events across their lifecycle • Deliver in-person conferences on-site. Travel domestically and internationally to represent IQPC and support an outstanding customer experience Who are we looking for? • Future business leaders.
