Job Details

North Lancashire Green Party has a track record of getting councillors elected at every local election since 1999, and our elected Greens are currently leading a shared administration of Lancaster City Council.

We are now seeking to recruit a motivated Campaign Organiser to work part-time (17.5 hours per week) overseeing our election campaign for the all-out Lancaster City Council elections in 2023.

The Campaign Organiser will play a key role in ensuring that volunteer resources within the local party are well managed and focused on targeting to win elections. They will work with small teams in several target wards to identify needs and priorities, build capacity, provide training and guidance, and contribute to the delivery of our election strategy, supporting delivery of the campaign and fundraising.

We are looking for an individual who has solid experience of election campaigns, strong organisational and relationship-building skills, and the ability to manage a varied workload and prioritise tasks.
