This is a fantastic opportunity to join a team playing a key role in reducing health inequalities. Our Healthy Lives team works to address the causes of the causes of ill health, funding and producing research and analysis to improve the health of people in the UK.

We are recruiting for a core member, with responsibilities to ensure central programmes of policy and research work, including the Young people’s future health inquiry and forthcoming work with local authorities and central government, are delivered to a high quality. A large feature of the role is supporting our policy development, commissioning, managing and producing policy work to create change.

The Policy Officer will work as part of a busy team, have a proactive approach, and be comfortable working with high levels of delegated responsibility. Highly developed organisational skills are essential. People with high levels of curiosity, passion to address inequalities and a commitment to driving forward change are encouraged to apply!
