As our next stage of development progresses and off the back of some exciting new senior hires, we are looking for a new Communications Manager to help us develop successful media strategies and campaigns across our strategic litigation and the issues that arise from them.

This is a position offering both thematic and functional variety and we are looking for someone to thrive in such an environment. With responsibilities across media relations, external positioning, public and audience engagement, relationship management (especially with press) and more, our Communications Manager will play a key role in the next phase of the Good Law Project’s future campaigning especially on the climate crisis, government rule-breaking and protecting marginalised communities.

As such, we are looking for well-rounded candidates ideally with a background in the charity sector and/or politics. Experience coordinating and collaborating with campaigns teams on time-sensitive stories is essential, as is demonstrable experience of building effective external relationships. We are especially looking for keen political nous, a creative flair, attention to detail and adaptability to an often fast-changing environment.
