Are you passionate about social change and looking for your next challenge?

We’re looking for a Head of Fellowship Areas and Engagement to work with RSA Fellows to help us deliver our vision of a world where everyone can participate in creating a better future

You will support Fellow networks, Fellow-led projects and events, and Fellows’ engagement in the RSA’s work. You will provide strategic leadership to champion Fellowship engagement across the RSA.

Key attributes we’re looking for are:

  • Knowledge of engagement and participatory methods including best practice
  • Knowledge of best practice regarding mobilising and sustaining networks
  • Proven experience of developing collaborative relationships working with people from a diverse range of expertise and interests
  • Experience of developing social change projects from inception to evaluation stage
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to understand and translate complex ideas and research to diverse audiences
  • Supportive and inclusive approach to management that supports colleagues’ professional development within a high challenge and high support environment
  • Alignment with the RSA’s core values.

This role is based from RSA House in London for at least three days per week, with hybrid flexibility for the remaining days.
