What we are looking for

  • Have a strong understanding of the various levels of government work and some knowledge of the property and planning sector
  • Communicate well with strong writing and inter-personal skills
  • Demonstrate drive, commitment and a focus to producing work of the highest standard
  • Have attention to detail, excellent workload management and be a good team player
  • Have existing understanding of and relationships with local and devolved politicians, media, and prospective clients

What you’ll need to do

A key member of the team utilising your commercial awareness and project management skills in the delivery of exceptional communication and marketing support services to your clients. You are at the heart of the account and the client relationship, delegating work appropriately to Executives and the wider team when necessary. Effectively managing upwards and accepting account leadership responsibility from Directors as required. Building senior client relationships and identifying opportunities to deliver additional support.

What you’ll need to do

A lead relationship holder for your assigned clients. You are accountable for the effective and profitable delivery of projects and retainers for these clients. You are a key driver of income growth, taking responsibility developing existing clients and winning new clients for BECG Group, in addition to driving marketing initiatives to raise our profile across the sectors in which we operate. Leading on pitches and tenders.
