Job Title: Public Affairs Senior Account Manager

We need a passionate individual who is willing to learn fast and take on complex global challenges. You will be the day to day point person for the client and will be expected to be over the granular day to day details but also be able to think ahead as to what’s coming next on an account.
This is a key role within our fast growing Advocacy, Insights, and Mobilisation team. We will support you to grow and develop your skills. We love ambitious people and we want to help you hit your goals so you will get lots of support from senior leaders to do so.
This role is perfect for someone with agency experience who wants to use their skills to help the good guys win or a charity campaigner looking for their next challenge.
This role will be challenging but we respect a work life balance and work from home some days a week (currently Monday and Friday).
Manage a portfolio of clients
Executing short and long term campaigns for your clients
Lead on our public affairs offering working with senior directors on public affairs strategy and execution of campaigns
Brainstorm with the senior team to enable us to communicate often challenging campaigns to inspire the public to take action
Undertake research for clients or new business proposals and present them to potential new clients
Stays abreast of current news, trends and insights, and their relevance to our clients, sharing insights and considerations.
Create a trusted relationship with clients through high quality deliverables - delivering expected KPIs on time and within budget.
Develops the ability to challenge the Client’s brief and thinking in an appropriate manner.
Exhibit resourcefulness knowing when to ask questions, and where to look for answers
