Job Details

The post holder will help advance Ukie’s policy work on aspects of UK and international policy which impact the games and interactive entertainment industry, which include but are not limited to online safety, consumer and data protection, digital skills, digital health, AI, and government support for the creative industries.

This will be achieved through a variety of tasks including monitoring policy changes and providing in-depth policy analysis, research, report writing/consultation responses and blogs. You will play a key role in co-ordinating the industry’s knowledge of the UK policy landscape through engagement with Government and regulators and reporting back to Ukie’s various internal groups and stakeholders – including its policy group and board.

Relationship building and engagement with Ukie members, the sector more widely and wider external stakeholders will be a core part of your role. You will be expected to interact with wider stakeholders and represent Ukie through attendance at external meetings and events as well as through coalition industry groups.
