We are looking for an experienced Liberal Democrat campaigner who will be able to help us provide first class support and resources to help Liberal Democrats campaign and win.

As organiser your primary role is to support the Portsmouth council team to success in 2023. It is a wide and varied role with engagement with members, activists, councillors and the public.

Training is available for some aspects of the role.

The Portsmouth campaigns are supported by ALDC (the Association of Liberal Democrat Councillors), as part of a regional agreement. The postholder will receive strategic direction and management support from ALDC alongside a local team member assisting with tasking.

The job is based in Portsmouth and a mix of home and office working can be discussed. There will be a significant evening and weekend work, including attendance at local party meetings, training and action events.
