Job Title: Policy and Partnerships Lead

The Human Trafficking Foundation invite applications from dedicated professionals interested in tackling modern slavery in the UK head on.
The ideal candidate will have some experience of working with a wide variety of stakeholders and a keen interest or background in policy. We are looking for a competent and confident individual to join our small and efficient team. This role provides an opportunity to take a lead in coordinating our valued partnerships, providing a collective voice for the anti-trafficking sector and identifying opportunities to effect policy and influence legislation to improve support for survivors of modern slavery.
The Human Trafficking Foundation is a leading anti-trafficking organisation in the UK. The Foundation grew out of the All-Party Parliamentary Group on Human Trafficking and Modern Slavery, to which the Foundation continues to provide the Secretariat with our Chair as the Special Advisor. Through our partnerships and advisory forums, the Human Trafficking Foundation is a central organisation in the Anti-Slavery sector and bridges the gaps between voluntary and statutory agencies. You will be joining a passionate and dedicated team working with a wide range of stakeholders from survivors to police officers, to Parliamentarians – with the aim of shaping policy to improve survivor support.
The Human Trafficking Foundation team have a hybrid working arrangement. The applicant must be able to work regularly in the central London office. This post is initially for two years and can be extended. The probation period is three months.
