This is a fantastic opportunity for a project or initiative professional with experience of policy and behaviour change work to join our fantastic organisation.

The Role

As a Policy and Research Officer, you will undertake a range of research activities to produce an evidence base to allow for the development, delivery and evaluation of our policy and advocacy activities.

Utilising a range of methodologies, you will produce an evidence base of relevant information from which to deliver a range of advocacy strategies to engage our stakeholders on significant issues within the theatre and performing arts sector.

Additionally, you will:

- Support the production of evidence for submission to parliamentary committees
- Research and share political, social and technical trends
- Provide policy support for the delivery of publications

About You

To be considered as a Policy and Research Officer, you will need:

- Experience of developing, analysing, leading and implementing projects and initiatives
- Experience of contributing to campaigns that lead to genuine policy and behaviour change
- Understanding of knowledge production and data gathering
- Knowledge of qualitative and quantitative research and analysis
- Knowledge of governmental policy bodies across the UK
- The ability to present complex information clearly, to a range of audiences
- The ability to understand and negotiate with diverse perspectives
- Sound political judgement and the ability to make informed decisions
- A degree (or equivalent)
