We are BB Partners, a women-founded and owned business that works with change-making organisations and companies. Our mission is to put our energy and expertise behind people making a difference in the UK and beyond.

Since launching BB Partners in 2020, we have worked with leaders and campaigning groups to shape public discourse, build movements and raise awareness of pertinent issues. From devising and delivering an online safety campaign in support of children’s rights, to analysing the culture wars and their impact on the political conversation to building a series of media interventions on behalf of doctors to raise awareness of issues within general practice, our work brings us to the forefront of political conversation and the issues that matter most.

BB Partners is looking for a Senior Consultant to lead political campaigning, media and advocacy-related projects for high-profile partners. This person should have at least 7 years of experience working within a leading communications agency, in media or politics.

Qualifications:
• + 7 years of professional experience preferably at a leading communications agency, in politics or media
• A degree or equivalent in media, communications, politics or international relations

• Ability to think strategically on behalf of our partners, and devise smart communications plans to assist their advocacy goals
• Spot and create news that drives impactful coverage
• Build meaningful relationships with our partners in support of the BB Partners team and cause
• Lead account teams and inspire colleagues
• Support with new business development, ideation and pitching
• Ambassador for the BB Partners brand
• Contribute to the culture of BB Partners
