Senior Researcher, Sustainability 

The focus of the role for the first 6 months will be to deliver our running inquiry Reuse and Refill, by the All-Party Parliamentary Sustainable Resource Group. This will include stakeholder management, planning and delivering roundtable evidence sessions, working with an expert steering group and sponsors, collating evidence, and writing of the report.

Additionally, you will be part of scoping for new projects, planning and delivering policy roundtables alongside the Sustainability team members. You will also be involved on an ongoing basis in the wider sustainability policy areas Policy Connect covers.

In the medium to long term, the focus of the role can be flexible and can respond to the personal expertise and preference of the chosen candidate.

Project Co-ordinator, Sustainability and Industry, Technology & Innovation

The focus of the role for the first 6 months will be to carry out our exciting events schedule across the two teams, and to support the research and policy impact work on our current inquiries.

Evidence session and impact work: Manufacturing Commission inquiry into the future manufacturing workforce
Evidence sessions and impact work: Trust, Transparency, and Tech 3
Evidence sessions and impact work: Refill and Reuse
Impact work: Bricks and Water 3
This will involve the delivery of policy roundtables, parliamentary receptions, impact roundtable series with parliamentarians, civil servants and representatives from industry, academia and the third sector to ensure the reach and take-up of the policy recommendations made in all reports.

You will also be involved on an ongoing basis in the wider sustainability policy and ITI areas Policy Connect covers.
