Job Title: Parliamentary Researcher

Job Details
Nick Fletcher, Member of Parliament for Don Valley, is looking for a full time Researcher to join his team in Westminster. This role is focused on policy casework but will include other administrative tasks as required.
Responsibilities
- Managing Mr Fletcher's policy casework
- Researching local, regional, and national issues to support Mr Fletcher’s Parliamentary work
- Preparing briefing notes ahead of meetings
- Creating graphic designs and digital art for Mr Fletchers campaigns and newsletters
- Carrying out general administrative duties
Requirements
- Must have strong communication skills, particularly written communication
- Ability to work independently in a small team
- Highly organised, able to prioritise and manage a busy workload
- Experience with digital editing software
- Sympathetic to the aims and values of the Conservative Party

Interview/Start Dates
Interviews will begin the week of 10 October, interviews will take place in person in parliament. The position will start as soon as possible.
