Job Details
For nearly 60 years the National Children’s Bureau (NCB) has been building a better childhood for all.
• This is an exciting role to support the public affairs and policy influencing activity across NCB. Parliamentary work includes working with prominent MPs and Lords as part of duties as Secretariat for the All-Party Parliamentary Group for Children.
• The postholder will carry out policy analysis and influencing across a range of topics relating to children and the work of NCB, writing policy reports, consultation responses, blogs and other communications. The Policy and Public Affairs Officer will undertake political monitoring and strategy work, and meeting regularly with civil servants and other policy makers.
• This role will deliver funded policy work including for Government Departments and other funders across early years and health policy.
