Job Title: Senior Evaluation and Research Manager
Working For: Thrive at Five
Salary: up to £50,000 per annum
Length of Contract: 3-year fixed term with possibility to extend
This is an exciting opportunity to be Thrive at Five’s Senior Evaluation and Research Manager. Thrive at Five is a new early years charity, set up to help more children reach a good level of development at age five. Our Senior Evaluation and Research Manager will play a critical role in providing evaluation and learning support to a varied portfolio of local activities, alongside carrying out local needs assessments and supporting our external evaluation and learning partners.
Thrive at Five’s Senior Evaluation and Research Manager will sit within the organisation’s Learning and Impact Team and will report to the Director of Learning and Impact.
The role will have three key accountabilities as set out below.
i. Delivering Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning for Thrive at Five activities, accounting for approximately 60 percent of the role.
ii. Leading and coordinating Local Area Needs Assessments as part of Thrive at Five’s Discovery work, accounting for approximately 20 percent of the role.
iii. Working with our external evaluation and learning partners, also accounting for approximately 20 percent of the role.
