Freshwave are a scale-up business with a growing base of large public sector customers. The role will be key to supporting and nurturing our business within the public sector. 

This role is not a public affairs role but is clearly public sector facing. The right candidate will have a good understanding of the political landscape and the Government's direction of travel in core areas such as the NHS. 

Key responsibilities include:

• Being a key point of contact to existing customers
• Build strong customer relationships, through regular communication
• Understand customer requirements and build account growth plans
• Reporting on the status of accounts to the Public Sector Director
• Gather information on assigned customers and partners
