Job Details
The Inter-Parliamentary Alliance on China (IPAC) is seeking to employ a Programmes Manager to direct the organisation’s parliamentary advocacy across its fast growing global network. The Programmes Manager will manage the IPAC Secretariat’s team of Regional Liaisons and will work closely with the Board of Directors and IPAC Co-Chairs to implement IPAC’s programmes.
The Programmes Manager will support the work of the IPAC Secretariat in three main areas:
- Programme delivery: the Programmes Manager will be responsible for developing IPAC’s advocacy work globally, through coordinating parliamentary activity, briefings and communications.
- Management: the Programmes Manager will coordinate the work of IPAC’s team of Regional Liaisons to resource and develop the IPAC network across Europe, Asia, Africa, Latin America and Australia.
- Stakeholder engagement: the Programmes Manager will work with parliamentarians, the press and partner civil society organisations to ensure the maximum reach and impact of IPAC’s advocacy.
