What you’ll be doing:

In this role, you will support the delivery of engaging, responsive, fast-moving and creative campaigning to tackle the root causes of poverty. You will work across our priority issues and teams, flexibly and connecting to wider partners externally.

Please note, we have two roles available, one permanent and one fixed-term for 18 months. Please indicate in your cover letter whether you’re interested in both opportunities, or just one of them specifically. The day-to-day responsibilities of both roles are the same, but please note the permanent role does include line management responsibility.

What we are looking for:

We’re looking for dynamic campaigners who have experience of campaigning with partners, alliances, and/or coalitions. You will be able to project manage campaign plans, complex projects and activities, quickly build relationships and work on your own initiative to deliver impactful campaigns. You’ll be able to use digital platforms such as social media to campaign as well as organizing and delivering national and local campaigning activities. You will bring excellent communication skills, as well as creativity and drive to mobilize audiences to engage in our key issues. We’re looking for a candidate who cares about Oxfam's mission to end poverty and is personally aligned to the values of empowerment, accountability and inclusion in all you do and to our feminist principles.
