We are recruiting Trainee Consultants who will play a key role in the development and delivery of client-facing communication activities. Responsibilities will include
• Working with colleagues as directed in implementing and supporting work for Sanctuary Counsel and its clients
• Giving input on strategic recommendations and suggesting creative ways to best support the reputation and programmes of our clients
• Building relationships with external client teams and making meaningful contributions to client calls, presentations, and meetings
• Conducting research and drafting briefing documents (eg statements, press releases, media pitches, agendas and activity trackers)
• Conducting daily monitoring to highlight and summarise articles of interest, parliamentary debates and media coverage relevant to clients and their peers
• Building and updating media lists and databases

Key Skills
• Solid understanding of the key social, media and research platforms
• The ability to understand and action a brief
• Good research and analytical skills
• The ability to prioritise workload and keep to strict deadlines
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
• Efficient in Microsoft Office applications (eg Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
