We have an exciting opportunity for you to join us as a Campaigns Volunteer Manager looking after our Ambassador Programme. We need you to lead the Ambassador Programme, a network of over 300 volunteer campaigners. This will include building and maintaining an effective Ambassador programme, piloting new ways of working, recruiting Ambassadors in key constituencies, leading on volunteer management of the Campaigns Ambassador network and engaging the Cancer Research UK staff and our wider community in our campaigns activity. The Campaigns team mobilises volunteers, supporters and the wider public to influence policymakers at a constituency, UK-wide and devolved level. Working with the team, and the other Campaigns Manager, you’ll be key to leading and delivering effective campaign strategy and communications with our supporters to support ad secure the policy changes we need for people affected by cancer.
