As our Policy and Stakeholder Advisor, you’ll sit at the heart of Nest, helping consider some of the biggest issues facing the pensions industry.
You’ll lead work to build Nest’s positions on a range of policy areas, using your own research and insight and working with subject matter experts across the business.

You will also be responsible for maintaining the strong relationships we have with stakeholders in Government, policy and industry communities, including through helping to devise and manage our CEO and Chair’s stakeholder engagement programme.

With a policy background, working in a policy or public affairs setting, you will have an excellent ability to developed evidenced conclusions from both quantitative and qualitative information. Experience of working in pensions, financial services, Government or parliament would be advantageous but is not a requirement. However, it is essential that you have a genuine passion for Nest’s purpose and the role you will play in delivering it.

You will be comfortable working in a relatively fast-paced environment and be able to balance a number of deadlines whilst delivering high quality work.
