Job Details
Small Axe is a not-for-profit campaigning organisation based in London. We have one goal: to create movements that are progressive, hopeful and powerful, to inspire people to act on the most pressing issues of our time.
We bring together bold creative, communications and organising to run integrated end-to-end campaigns.
We've won billions for schools, raised millions for progressive candidates and causes and mobilised tens of thousands of people to make their voices heard.
We are a small, passionate and collaborative team of campaigners, designers and operations folk, and we're looking for a Creative Campaigner and Campaigns Manager.
Creative Campaigner:
You’ll help tell memorable stories to different audiences across a variety of platforms.
Everyday will be unpredictable, will move fast and be a learning opportunity.
This is a midweight role, we’re looking for someone with 2-3 years direct or transferable experience under their belt who can get stuck straight in. That could be in a creative or digital agency or in campaigning or organising role.
You’ll have experience of being responsible for managing a project, handling deadlines and budgets.
Campaigns Manager:
This is a senior role which we expect to be taken up by someone with at least 5 years campaigns-related work experience, though this may be not through a traditional route.
You’ll lead on multiple projects covering diverse issues with a broad range of clients.
You’ll tell memorable stories across a variety of platforms, lead teams to deliver creative stunts and build trusted relationships with grassroots organisers and national organisations.
Every day will be unpredictable, will move fast and be a learning opportunity.
We have a sponsorship licence and can sponsor successful candidates with an application for a Skilled Worker Visa.
Our Relocation Offer supports successful candidates applying from outside London or the UK.
