Job Details

Dr Kieran Mullan MP is looking to recruit a Caseworker/Administrative Officer to be part of the team. This is a full-time role based in either the Westminster Office or the Crewe constituency office.

The ideal candidate should be self-motivated and have the potential to develop, have strong planning and organisational abilities, proficiency in the use of computer software, and excellent written and oral communication skills. The position would suit someone looking to develop a career in politics.


The successful candidate will be enthusiastic and motivated, along with excellent verbal and written communication skills. The ideal applicant will have strong organisational skills and be well versed in Microsoft Office, with the ability to work well in a busy office environment.
The main focus of the role is managing Dr Kieran Mullan MP’s diary, managing casework, ensuring constituent enquiries are recorded and managing all incoming emails as well as other general administrative duties, including:


• Casework administration
• Advising Dr Kieran Mullan MP
• Answering telephone enquiries
• Engaging with member of the public in the office
• Support with constituency visits and Westminster meetings
• Email and written communication administration
• Photocopying, filing, record-keeping and typing of basic correspondence
• Assisting other members of the MP’s office where needed

Interview/Start Dates
Interviews will be conducted on a rolling basis when CV’s and Cover letters are received. Kieran is looking for someone who can start as soon as possible.
