Job Title: Project Manager - Living Hours (Living Wage Foundation)

Salary: £35,631 per year (plus £3,150 London Weighting where applicable)
Length of Contract: Permanent
The Living Wage Foundation is seeking a Project Manager to support the development and growth of the Living Hours programme at a critical point in its development.
We are committed to seeing significant growth of the scheme over the next three years. The Project Manager will play a key role in reviewing our processes and conduct outreach and interviews with our employer network to help inform future Living Hours strategy and continually improve how we work. This role will also be responsible for driving Living Hours accreditations and providing support and expertise to the wider team delivering accreditations.
The ideal candidate will be a proactive and experienced project manager with excellent communication and relationship management skills. We are looking for someone who will be able to initiate and deliver workplans to meet strategic objectives, plan and organise effectively, and identify opportunities to increase our impact. The ideal candidate will also be passionate about working with the business community and other stakeholders to promote and grow Living Hours.
