Job Details

Job title: Programme Officer
Are you fascinated by what makes leaders tick? Are you curious to learn more about public service? Are you bold, imaginative and ambitious enough to make change happen?
We’re seeking for someone to take a new role, to ensure two not-for-profit organisations remain in step with changing member needs and interests.

As Programme Officer you will be shaping a new role, responsible for supporting the development of the annual member programme and conducting research to ensure ACE and PCF continue to provide a compelling and responsive offering.

You will bring some research experience and the curiosity to learn and develop in the role. You will be emotionally intelligent and intellectually curious, enjoy bringing tenacity and sound judgement to your work.

It’s likely that you’ll be familiar with public bodies, but that’s not what’s really important. If you’ve got some research experience and are keen to learn much more about leaders in public service, then we’d love to hear from you.

This is a part time role, offered on a one year secondment basis, with the potential to extend.

Job title: Membership Officer
Do you love the idea of working at the heart of a diverse community? Do you get a kick from organising events? Are you interested in honing your marketing and communications skills?
We’re seeking for someone to provide membership support to a thriving community of leaders in public service.

As the Membership Officer, you will be responsible for supporting an excellent member experience in the thriving ACE and PCF membership communities.

You will bring some events experience and a curiosity to learn and develop in your role. You will enjoy working with a wide range of people and have skills and ability to engage with some highly experienced leaders and prominent figures in UK public service.
It’s likely that you’ll be familiar with public bodies, but that’s not what’s really important. If you’re passionate about communities, you’ve got some events experience and are willing to learn quickly, then we’d love to hear from you.
