Data Analyst

You will be part of the Performance and Quality team at Badger, supporting the Head of Performance and Quality. You will be responsible for analysing and interpreting large data sets to help drive business decisions. The ideal candidate will have experience working with SQL and data modelling, as well as excellent problem-solving and communication skills. As part of your duties, you will be responsible for: Gathering, cleaning, and analysing large healthcare data sets. Creating reports and dashboards to communicate key insights to stakeholders. You will be working closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and provide data-driven insights and recommendations. You will develop and automate data-related processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.

You will have an analytical mindset and strong problem-solving skills with an ability to work independently and in a team environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and explain the data to non-technical colleagues. You will require a strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.

Performance and Quality Improvement Officer

You will be part of the Performance and Quality team at Badger, supporting the Head of Performance and Quality. We are looking for someone who will help to drive Badger’s Performance and Quality Initiatives to deliver exceptional performance, the highest standards of care and full compliance against contractual obligations.

Our ideal candidate will have a broad range of skills that enables them to understand and manipulate data, coordinate quality improvement projects across the business and develop excellent stakeholder relationships to ensure compliance against set KPIs and objectives. An ability to translate technical or complex information into clear written reports and documents is essential.

You will be a productive self-starter who can pick up new tasks with a willingness to learn. You will have an eye for detail and an inquisitive mind that searches for improvement opportunities and risk reduction. You understand the importance of patient safety and patient care and always act with integrity. You are capable of managing multiple projects at one time and can work efficiently in an organised manner.
