In the coming years we will be transitioning to a new, fourth National Lottery Licence. We will be looking to advise and implement any changes from the Government’s Gambling Act Review.

This is particularly important in the development of Commission strategy and in the context of the DCEO’s responsibilities, including the regulation of the National Lottery where the transition to a new licence, new Licensee and new form of regulation are all likely to demand significant DCEO input.
