We are inviting applications for Researchers, to start as soon as notice periods allow. Researchers are a core part of our team, supporting the delivery of research projects ranging in focus from levelling up and civil service reform to preparing for a general election, support for ministers and beyond. As a Researcher, you will:

• Conduct rigorous qualitative and quantitative research and analysis, including: carrying out literature reviews; completing background research and taking part in interviews with MPs, civil servants and others; and undertaking data analysis, including creating and updating charts.
• Write about our research findings and recommendations in a range of formats, including long-form reports and shorter comment pieces.
• Work with our events team to organise and deliver public events, roundtables, podcasts and other kinds of discussion, and present our findings and recommendations in these forums.
• Work with our partnerships team to help secure for funding for elements of our work, including supporting the development of funding proposals and liaising with partners about funded projects.
• Discuss project findings in the media, including TV and radio, where appropriate.
