We’re looking for a Head of Fundraising and Partnerships (fixed term contract) to develop and implement our strategy, oversee funder relationships and delivery, and create new and diverse income streams. The Head of Fundraising and Partnerships will be responsible for identifying and scoping funding opportunities and working with the team to create compelling proposals and presentations. They will lead on building relationships with funding bodies and will oversee bids and funding negotiations. They will also be responsible for strategic management of existing funding relationships and delivery.

It’s a busy time for Nest Insight. The team has grown quickly over the past few years, and this is fantastic interim role for someone looking to apply their strategic development and partnership management skills in a dynamic, mission-oriented and collaborative environment.

This is a fixed term contract for up to 15months but with the possibility of extension or making permanent. We are open to part-time and job-share candidates.

To be successful in this position you must have the following skills and experience:

• Demonstrable success in developing and delivering fundraising and partnerships strategies
• Strong funder cultivation experience
• Experience of leading successful funding bids, proposals and presentations
• Experience of managing a range of funding partnerships, including those with corporate sponsors, trusts and foundations, public bodies and research bodies
