APCO Worldwide’s London office is hiring an Associate Consultant to join our fast-growing public affairs team. We are looking for an ambitious, enthusiastic and talented professional to join our team based on The Strand just a few minutes’ walk from Parliament. We work with high-profile companies and organisations spanning energy, transport, health, tech, and sustainability.

Candidates with an interest in these sectors would be welcomed. Ideally you will have strong expertise navigating UK policy issues and a deep understanding of developments in Whitehall and Westminster.

The ideal candidate would need to have a minimum of three years of relevant experience in consultancy, in-house, UK political institutions, or within trade associations/think tanks. Experience of working in the UK’s Parliament would be of great advantage, but not a pre-requisite for this role.

This is a superb opportunity for a high-performing and initiative-taking colleague who will be responsible for day-to-day for client projects, coordinating cross-border activities, delivering client-ready materials, reviewing the work product of junior team members and actively engaging in the generation of new business.
