We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated individual to play a key role in nourishing and sustaining our vibrant Fellowship community. In this role, you will support the ongoing development of the Institute’s annual Fellows’ Programme and strengthen its expanding network of alumni.

The ideal candidate will hold a postgraduate degree (or equivalent) in a relevant field and have a strong background in public service or ethical contexts. You will have a demonstrable track record in designing and delivering leadership programmes, engaging with stakeholders and addressing the ethical and moral challenges faced by public servants. Exceptional organisational, interpersonal and communication skills are essential, alongside a collaborative and proactive approach. A commitment to Westminster Abbey’s values, including equity, diversity, inclusion, and belonging, is key, with an understanding of its role in public life being desirable.
