We are looking for a graduate intern to join our team this summer to support all members of the Henham team with a broad range of client-related, administrative and business development activities.

Responsibilities

• Working with colleagues at all levels within the organisation with a range of support tasks, including stakeholder mapping, event planning, and policy research.
• Developing briefing material and compiling concise monitoring reports on behalf of clients.
• Undertaking administrative and business-related activity, assisting the senior team with the day-to-day running of Henham.
• Attending relevant meetings, with responsibility for note-taking and producing action notes.
• Monitoring media, news and updates on a variety of client portfolios.

Skills and Qualifications

• Seeking to pursue a career policy and public affairs, and open to longer-term employment following the successful completion of an internship.
• Keen to play an active role as part of a busy team, turning their hand to a broad range of activities.
• Interested in and knowledgeable of UK politics and policy, with the desire and curiosity to learn more about this world and new policy areas.
• Enthusiastic, motivated and proactive in their approach to work.
• Organised and diligent, with good attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Only open to final year university students or Graduates.
