Clive Betts MP is looking for a Transcriptionist Caseworker to join the constituency team, based in Sheffield, and support his work on behalf of the constituents of Sheffield South East.

Caseworkers play an important role in an MP’s office, supporting the MP to ensure that constituents concerns are heard and actioned. This role is part time (around 15 hours per week),
You will be responsible for managing cases, ensuring actions are taken and constituents are kept informed throughout.

The role will involve transcribing audio files dictated by the Member and taking appropriate actions. The candidate must have previous experience in working with transcription, preferably Philips SpeechLive. They may also need to interact with Constituents and agencies over the phone and through email.
