Within this role you will support the GTR Public Affairs and Community Partnerships team build mutual understanding and support between GTR and its stakeholders. The role will enable GTR to develop, and proactively manage and monitor relationships with external stakeholders such as members of Parliament, the GLA, local Authorities to Rail User Groups and community groups and business about their services, stations and communities. This will enable the delivery of GTR's Business Plan and agreements with government and enhance GTR's brand reputation as a business that cares about the communities it operates within and listens to and acts on feedback.

You will enjoy:-

• Providing written responses to queries from the public and rail user groups.
• Liaising with exec PA team's and other key internal stakeholders for diary management for events.
• Assisting the organisation of events in person and online.
• Maintaining the website and sharepoint with up to date information from the public affairs and community team.
