At RCOT, we’re dedicated to promoting the life changing impact of occupational therapy. We’re recruiting for an experienced policy and public affairs specialist to work with our members to raise the profile of occupational therapy in Wales.
You’ll have strong knowledge of health and social care policy in Wales and proven experience influencing policy development and delivery.
You’ll usually work from locations in Wales and can expect to travel around the nation to visit occupational therapy teams and services, meet with stakeholders and partners, including our members and volunteers.
Last year, RCOT published our first ever UK-wide workforce strategy. The successful applicant will be responsible for leading on the delivery of our workforce strategy in Wales.
