We are recruiting an Associate to join our Research & Insights team in London. The team uses research, data and insight to inform the communications and public affairs strategy of some of the world's best-known businesses. This is an ideal role for a recent graduate or someone with up to one year's relevant experience looking to build a career at the intersection of research, communications and public affairs.

Typical duties include:

• Supporting qualitative research projects using in-depth interviews, focus groups and document analysis
• Assisting with the design of research tools including discussion guides and questionnaires
• Coordinating research logistics and participant recruitment
• Assisting with analysis of qualitative and quantitative data to identify key themes and insights
• Contributing to research reports and presentations for senior team members

Candidates will have:

• Strong written English, attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
• An interest in research, data, communications and public affairs
• A proactive, team-oriented approach
• Strong project management skills
