The Ivors Academy is seeking a Director of Public Affairs to serve as the champion for songwriters and composers, shaping the legislative, regulatory and public-policy landscape to protect and elevate music creators. By bridging high-level political advocacy, robust evidence-based policy positions and creative campaign management, this role ensures the economic and cultural value of human composition remains at the heart of the creative industries’ growth strategy.

Reports to: Chief Executive Officer
Member of: Senior Leadership Team
Contract: Permanent, full time or reduced hours
Location: Hybrid (office in central London with regular travel to Westminster, Whitehall and member/industry events)
Compensation: Competitive, commensurate with experience
